The Felice Brothers new and fourth LP “Celebration, Florida”, will be in stores May 10. Recorded in the gymnasium and theater of Beacon, NY’s old high school, the band explores a multitude of sounds and instrumentation throughout the expansive album. It’s inspired, imaginative, heady, menacing, passionate, and rollicking. Most importantly, it’s as steadfastly authentic as ever, expanding upon the dark, woozy undercurrent of ramshackle barroom blues, vaudevillian atmospherics, and surreal storytelling of their previous albums.

The Felice Brothers at SXSW – NPR live stream!

If you can’t make it down to SXSW next week, NPR’s got you covered! The Felice Brothers will play the Ground Control Touring showcase at Auditorium Shores in Austin on Saturday, March 19 (along with Bright Eyes, Man Man, Middle Brother and Kurt Vile) and NPR will be streaming the whole show.

Watch and listen live at NPR.org, or on-the-go with the NPR Music iPhone app. The show will also be streaming on select public radio stations (including Austin’s very own KUT 90.5FM). The festivities begin at 4:30PM EST.
